Booking Terms and Conditions
Reservations will be automatically confirmed once the deposit is received, corresponding to 50% of the contracted package. The remaining sum must be paid 30 days in advance of the start of the hunt.
In case of cancellation more than 45 days from the hunt start date, 50% of the deposit or reservation will be returned, less than 45 days from the hunting start date 100% of the deposit will be lost.
In case of additional trophies to the contracted package, they must be paid at the end of the hunt.
Any injured or lost trophy must be paid as a hunted animal.
All payments must inevitably be made in US dollars, cash or bank transfer.
Neither “El Pampa Hunting Ranch” nor its employees, owners or agents will be liable for any loss, damage, death or damage to any person or property arising from hunting or from other activities as a result of hunting, including transportation to and from the hunting site.
“El Pampa Hunting Ranch” will not accept any responsibility for flight delays or cancellations. All transport or flight taken for reasons of delay or cancellations will be the sole responsibility of the client. Nor will it accept any responsibility for delay or loss of weapons or luggage.
All people do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for the inherent risks and dangers associated with hunting or other activities.
We highly recommend consulting with your insurance agent to arrange adequate coverage during your trip.
We will not accept, in any way, responsibility or liability for delays in the shipment of trophies or for any expenses derived from those delays.
The photographs taken during the safari may be used for promotional and / or publicity purposes by “El Pampa Hunting Ranch”.
